Shipping Information
At Raw Power we strive to ship all orders within 1 - 3 days after we confirm receipt of your order. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us by email or phone and we will do everything we can to assist in shipping your order out sooner, where possible.
Shipping costs are determined based on the number of items in your order, weight and size of the package, shipping method you select, and the total value of your order. Expedited Parcel Mail / Tracked Package Mail Service and UPS Courier Ground Service are the standard methods of shipping we use. Please note the level of mail service we provide can be significantly cheaper than using UPS Courier and take about the same time to deliver.
Depending on the country, state, provincial region, and city area of the delivery address, you can expect your order to arrive anytime within 2 to 10 business days from the date shipped, when using either of our mail services or UPS courier service. (up to 10 days delivery time applies to locations in Canada and the U.S.)
The delivery time estimates include only the delivery time and not the order processing time (1-3 business days to process orders). Business days are considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and Canada.
You also have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery with a variety of shipping alternatives that include Priority Mail, Xpress Mail, UPS Express, UPS Expedited, and UPS 3 Day Select. When requesting an upgrade on the shipping method order, please advise us on your order form in the comments section of the form and we will follow up by email with a cost quote. A signature may be required for orders over $400.00 to provide you delivery protection.
All orders ship from our warehouse location in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, N2G 3S7.
Please review your order and verify that all shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order. Any incorrect shipping and billing information may result in processing and shipping delays.
Customer Order Pick Up Service Counter (Orders picked up at service counter are charged a $5.00 handling fee)
Selected items ordered through our online webstore will be available for customers to pick up at our service counter location in the city of Kitchener, Ontario. To request a pick up, customers must select request quote as the shipping method and then indicate in the comments section on the order form they would like to pick up their order up. All orders must be prepaid through our on line ordering system prior to scheduling a date and time for pick up. Once orders are processed in our system and payment received, we will contact customers to arrange the pick up date and time.
Please note that payment for orders is not accepted or permitted onsite at the pick up service counter location. Hours for the service pick up counter are generally Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and on Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 2 PM (excluding federal or official hoildays).
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is being shipped. These charges are the receiving customers responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as it is discretionary and the sole responsibility of that specific country's customs department. Custom's policies may vary from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for any further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our control and may affect original delivery time estimates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates are based on the product value being shipped and the actual ship to location. Rates shown in our shipping grid are quoted and invoiced in the following currencies based on the ship to location. $CAD for Canadian customers, and in $USD for United States and International customers outside of Canada.
