Returns, Exchange and Privacy Policy
General Returns Policy
Raw Power strives to make sure that all of our customers are completely happy with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date you received your order for a full refund of the invoiced product value (less cost of return shipping to our location).
Items must be returned in their original product packaging and should be packed to arrive undamaged and in an unused condition. Items returned used or in damaged condition may have all or a portion of their value deducted from the refund amount to be credited. Raw Power is unable to provide a refund for items purchased from a third party, and not directly from us. Original proof of purchase including the invoice and / or packing slip receipt will be required on any return requests.
Raw Power reserves the right at its discretion to accept or refuse return requests after the 14 days grace period has expired. Please note that a return fee may be charged on any returns requested after the 14 days grace period has expired.
Please contact Raw Power Customer Service first at mail@rawpowerfitnessgear.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any product. This authorization number will assist us in processing your return in a timely and correct manner. When returning any item, please include this number written on your original packing slip inside the return package. Items must be shipped back using a service that provides a tracking number. Items that cannot be confirmed as delivered back to us will not be refunded. Original order deliveries refused or undeliverable to the address provided by the customer, will be refunded, less any actual shipping costs incurred by Raw Power, once the order is returned to our Warehouse Return Center.
Refunds will be processed within 2 - 3 business days from the date of delivery to our Warehouse Return Center. The actual credit on your credit card may take a little longer to be posted and will depend on your credit card banks processing times. Funds can only be credited to the credit card that was used in the original order purchase. You will receive a follow up email notification that the refund has been processed.
If you have not been notified by us within 2 weeks of your sending the return back, and do not see the credit amount on your credit card account, please verify with your shipper that the item was delivered to our Warehouse Return Center (items shipped back must use a method that provides a tracking number).Our Warehouse Return Center is located at the address shown on your original order invoice and packing slip. If your return was delivered back to us , please contact our Customer Service for assistance at mail@rawpowerfitnessgear.com If your return was not delivered to us, please contact your shipping agent for assistance in tracking the whereabouts of your package. Returned items that were originally paid for through the Paypal system, will be refunded through Paypal by way of a credit issued to the customers billing information that appears on the original Paypal invoice.
Items ordered and then refused by the customer when the delivery attempt is made, will be refunded the original purchase price less the actual shipping costs, once the items are received at our Warehouse Return Center, and processed back into our inventory. Items ordered and then returned by our carrier due to insufficient or incorrect customer delivery address information, will be processed as a return. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount if the address information was incorrectly entered by the customer at the time the order was placed. Exchange or Replacement Policy
If the item you have received has a manufacturer’s defect, was damaged in shipping, or was missing parts, please contact Raw Power Customer Service at mail@rawpowerfitnessgear.com for assistance to receive a same item exchange/replacement. Raw Power reserves the right to request that any faulty or damaged item be returned to us for inspection and review.
If an exchange or replacement request is made for any other reason, contact Raw Power Customer Service at mail@rawpowerfitnessgear.com and we will advise our return procedure and method for shipping the product return back to us. Original proof of purchase invoice /packing slip receipt is required on any exchanges or replacements.
Please note that exchanges and replacements will be processed and shipped within 2- 3 business days of our receiving the return, unless the item requested for return to us requires an inspection and review.
